Titanium Elastic Nails (TENs) are specifically designed for the fixation of diaphyseal fractures, where the narrow canal and implant flexibility play a crucial role.

They are also used in the treatment of metaphyseal and epiphyseal fractures, such as radial neck fractures, as well as for the stabilization of small long bones like carpal and tarsal bones.

In pediatric applications, the elastic flexibility of the nail allows insertion without disturbing the growth plate, ensuring safe and effective fixation.
