Gamma is capable of providing stable fixation of complex fractures in the shaft and proximal femur with strength and ease of use, ensuring a safe procedure for both the patient and the surgeon. The Gamma nail, with slight differences, is essentially the same as the femoral nail, but its entry point has been changed from the piriformis fossa to the tip of the greater trochanter, allowing the surgeon faster and easier access.
